If you’re not satisfied with a product for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 60 days. Product returned after 60 days is subject to a 20% restocking charge. Return freight charges will be reimbursed if a product arrives to you defective. Please call or email for an RMA number before sending a return.
The fine print: Excludes special order items. Product must be returned in original packaging and in sellable condition (ie: no stickers or “Sharpie” marks). Maximum of 6 units per item.
Free Freight Qualifications
Essentials offers several ways to qualify for Free Freight based on the contents of your order. The majority of our items qualify with a minimum order of $2,000.00 (excludes * items). Free Freight is limited to business addresses within the continental United States. No special services (Lift Gates, Appointments, Limited Access, etc) are covered. International, Alaska and Hawaii customers receive 5% off regular dealer pricing on orders of $2,000 or more to offset freight costs. Items that are noted “Special Order” or have a part # that starts with an “S” ship direct from the manufacturer and are not eligible for free freight. In the event a free freight order can’t ship complete, Essentials reserves the right to cancel remaining items in the order or charge freight on subsequent shipments.
Essentials has no case lot requirements. However, items with quantity price breaks must be ordered in the case pack to receive quantity discounts.
Essentials will attempt to match any price on a like item upon verification of the competitor’s price. Items that are given special price matching do not qualify for free freight unless specified on the price match. Closeouts and discontinued items excluded.
Essentials has a dealer-friendly $200.00 minimum order. Orders less than $200.00 will incur a $20.00 handling charge.
We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover, COD, and Pre-Pay. Credit card payments will not be processed until your order is ready to ship. Requests for terms will be directed to the credit department.
Shipping Lead Time
All orders are shipped within one business day of receipt via the best carrier. Special order items (SO) may vary depending on the manufacturer.
Shortages and Backordered Items
If you feel a shortage has occurred within your order, you must contact us within 3 business days of receipt. In the event your order does not ship complete, Essentials will notify you of the backordered item(s) and expected ship dates (or of a backorder cancellation if necessary). Freight on B/O’s is the responsibility of the customer, unless original order qualified for free freight. Any additional COD charges will be paid by Essentials. Essentials may cancel backorders at their discretion.
Damaged or Refused Shipments
Please inspect your merchandise upon receipt. We require damages to be reported within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise. Contact our customer service department for a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
